Natural gas is used almost everywhere in the world and the amount of usage is increasing day by day. It is a burner system working with natural gas in condensing boilers.
Exhaust formed after natural gas is burned is a highly corrosive and toxic gas. For this reason, chimney systems of combustor devices must be impermeable and made of materials with high corrosion resistance. For this reason, our products that you see assembled are made of 316 L quality stainless steel and are V2 class high corrosion resistant products.
The hydraulic diameter calculations, production, assembly and post-installation periodic controls of the chimneys should be carried out in accordance with the European Union Standards and our local standards.
Production: Stainless steel chimneys are produced according to EN 1865-1 and EN 1856-2 standards.
Dimensioning: The hydraulic diameter calculations of the fittings of the chimneys and the vertical section are made according to the EN 13384-1 and EN 13384-2 standards, taking into account the height, turns and resistances, according to the place where the chimney will be mounted. Assembly and Commissioning: The assembly and commissioning of the chimneys are carried out according to EN 15287 -1 and EN 15287 -2. Chimney installations should be done by certified personnel.
These standards also define and specify requirements for the marking of modular metal chimneys, manufacturer's instructions, product information and conformity assessment.
