WHAT IS FURANFLEX®?
FURANFLEX® is the only method, by which chimneys of any shape, dimension and length can be lined with joint-free airtight liner of steel hardness composite material that is resistant to corrosion, flames and heat.
The FURANFLEX® tube is lined in the chimney yet in its soft state, whereas being inflated by steam, it takes the shape of the chimney. By the effect of the heat it gets irreversibly hardened to form a heat and corrosion resistant composite liner of steel hardness.
WHY COMPOSITE MATERIAL?
FURANFLEX® is made of thermosetting resin material with fibre glass reinforcement (composite), the physical (steel hardness) and chemical (acid-proof, alkali-proof) features of which make it perfectly suitable for lining chimneys. Its special resin composition guarantees its high heat-resistant capacity.
FURANFLEX® has 25 years guarantee against corrosion.

APPLICATIONS OF FURANFLEX®
1- HEATING WITH NATURAL GAS - FURANFLEX®
Lining material suitable for depressing or ovepressure (200 Pa) exhausting of flue gases of gas and oil-fired combustion equipment with a temperature of up to 200°C, . It can also be used in wet mode. Classification according to EN 1443: T200 P1 W 2 0.

can be installed in a short time without dismantling

after installation has the strength of steel, light and gas tight
also suitable for high-pressure, condensing boilers
it can also be used for lining individual and collective chimneys

2- HEATING WITH SOLID FUEL (WOOD - COAL) - FURANFLEX® RWV
Lining material to be used for depressing (40 Pa) operation of flue gases of wood-burning combustion equipment with a temperature of up to 450°C, which can be used in dry mode. Resists soot burning.
Classification according to EN 1443: T 450 N1 D 2 G
Main properties:

short installation time, without wall breaking or demolition

3- VENTILATION - VENTILFLEX® - VENTILFLEX® RKV
For general ventilation systems, for air intake and exhaust.
Thanks to the following features, VENTILFLEX® is suitable for lining and construction of air ducts:
does not burn, does not conduct fire
does not corrode
perfectly air-tight
is of high hardness and lightweight
any diameter
its cross-section can be round, square or other shaped
can also be applied without splicing
does not emit any material hazardous to health
can be used for asbestos abatement
can also be installed for kitchen exhaust and smoke extraction (VENTILFLEX® RKV)
